What to wear & bring

For trial class, participants should wear clothing that will not restrict their range of movement. Pants should cover the backs of the knees and shirts should have sleeves to the elbow. Bare feet are acceptable, as are socks, gymnastics shoes, and ballet slippers. Street shoes are not allowed on the mats. Long hair should be tied back, and please be sure to remove all jewelry before class starts.

It is important to stay hydrated, so bring a water bottle with you.

To fill out initial paperwork properly, students should bring their medical insurance card.
